TERMS & CONDITIONS OF MODELING AND PRIVACY
As a model in the FIRE & ICE III Fashion Show, held May 3rd, 2026 at Loft Spaces, 816 Montgomery St. Dallas, TX 75215. I acknowledge that I will be held accountable for my actions. By signing this contract, I agree to the following things:
I will complete the JOTFORM application and pay all fees due in full by the deadline February 25th, 2026. Failure to pay fees by deadline will result in loss of your place as a model in our fashion camp. ALL FEES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE & NON-TRANSFERABLE.
I understand that I will receive 8% cashback on all ticket sales after 5 ticket sales. I understand that I must complete the show in order to receive my payout.
I have agreed to attend all mandatory workshops, fittings and rehearsals.
a. At the fitting/rehearsals I acknowledge that I will be a representative of JJ Inc Texas and will act accordingly. My manner will be professional and courteous.
b. If I have trouble getting to the location on the day of a rehearsal, I will contact JJ Inc Texas at 469-969-3920 or by email jjinctexas@gmail.com one hour before rehearsal and find other arrangements.
I will treat the items that I am modeling with the utmost respect. I will be responsible for my garments from the time I check out the items to the time I check them back in. If I notice anything wrong with the clothing at any time (stain, rip, loose button, smells, etc.), I will alert one of the helpers immediately.
1. I will be financially responsible for any damage due to misuse, mishandling, or loss/theft.
2. I will not bring any food or beverage that may stain the clothing into the fashion show area. There will be a designated area available to me for water bottles and non-messy snacks (such as energy bars).
3. I will not smoke before nor while wearing designers clothing
JJ Inc Texas prides itself for having the utmost respect for its models, designer, vendors, and/or venue.
I will speak highly of myself, my colleagues, and the show producers. I understand that talking down on others, or speaking negatively in the workplace serves me no purpose, and only in turn makes me look bad.
a. I acknowledge that there is ZERO tolerance of physical altercations while holding a position with JJ Inc Texas.
b. I acknowledge that any involvement can result in my loss of position with JJ Inc Texas.
c. I agree to keep the model chat clear from clutter, small talk, and/or anything not of Fire & Ice III Fashion Show.
I have agreed to meet at the 1423 Duncanville Rd Suite A Dallas, Tx for rehearsal at the time provided and will stay until the session ends (out of town models MUST ATTEND virtual practice). I will also be available on May 2nd, 2026, for the final rehearsal at 1423 Duncanville Rd Suite A Dallas, Tx (EVERY MODEL MUST BE IN ATTENDANCE) and May 3rd, 2026, for the JJ Inc Texas: Fire & Ice III Fashion Show located at Loft Spaces, 816 Montgomery St. Dallas, TX 75215. Call Time: All models must be in attendance by 11am (cst) and stay until the end of the show. No Exceptions. Unexcused absence may result in losing my spot as a model in the fashion show.
***MODELS MUST COME HAIR AND MAKEUP READY
1. I will not be permitted to leave the Loft Spaces, 816 Montgomery St. Dallas, TX 75215 until the show has ended and I have returned my complete outfit to a volunteer.
2. If I am unable to stay until the end of the show, or cannot make any meetings or rehearsals, I have made special arrangements with an authorized leader of JJ Inc Texas.
**I give permission to have my photo taken during the event. These photos will be used on websites, videos, literature, and news releases in PODCAST and possibly local media.
The information requested on this application for Modeling is necessary to ensure a fair and thorough evaluation of all applicants. Personal information contained within this form is available only to the leaders of the company who are directly involved in the recruitment process.
Designers/Boutiques: JJ Inc Texas is not responsible for payments and/or money exchanged between models and designers, vendors, media, etc. This includes, but is not limited to, cash exchanged for merchandise to purchase or borrow.
**I may deny or opt out of walking if it does not serve my best interests.
All communications will be through GroupMe. When you are selected, you will be provided a link to join using the phone number you provided on the application. All questions will go through the group chat unless directed otherwise.
If you are found to be unsuitable, you understand this contract can be terminated without notice. You hereby affirm that all information you have given in this application is true and correct and that you have not knowingly withheld any circumstances or facts that would, if disclosed, affect your participation.
