  • Important Reminders for PAAC Club Teachers/Advisors of neighbor island PAAC Clubs:

    • PAAC offers two (2) round-trip sponsored flights via Southwest Airlines per PAAC club for neighbor island students to attend GVS. Should more than two (2) students from your school register, PAAC will reach out to you after registration closes to ask which students will receive the sponsored flights. These flights are non-transferable once confirmed and are strictly reserved for use by students who are PAAC Club members.
    • Schools are welcome to coordinate their own flights and buses if they prefer not to use PAAC-provided services.
    • If you are involved in booking non-PAAC-sponsored flights for additional students from your school to attend our event and/or plan to take the PAAC-provided bus to/from the airport upon arrival/departure, we suggest waiting until PAAC-sponsored flights and buses are confirmed and announced to do so. PAAC flights and bus schedules are based strictly on available flight times for the PAAC-sponsored flights, so students traveling on flights other than our PAAC-sponsored routes may have arrival/departure times that do not align well with our bus pick-up/drop-off times. These flights and bus schedules will be confirmed ASAP following the closure of GVS registration and shared via email to all registrants.
    • For more information, you can review our PAAC Sponsored Flights & No-Shows Policy before registering to ensure you are aware of all flight-related guidelines and restrictions.
