(Make check/money order payable to: Cochran-Bleckley Chamber of Commerce) The undersigned agrees that the Cochran-Bleckley Chamber of Commerce, the City of Cochran, and Bleckley County are not liable for any damage, loss, or injury to the undersigned's property or any personal injury, which they or their employees may sustain while engaged at Christmas Market to be held on Saturday, November 28th and/or Saturday, December 12th, 2026.

Completed vendor application, check/money order and vendor acknowledgment agreement can be mailed to the Cochran- Bleckley Chamber of Commerce at 102 N Second St Suite A, Cochran, Georgia 31014 or emailed to Info@cochran-bleckley.com. Please note that booths are awarded on a first come first serve basis based on receipt of application AND payment.

1. Hand crafted items will be the major highlight of the market. NO Flea Market or Garage/Yard Sale Items will be permitted!

2. DEADLINE FOR APPLICATIONS: Taken until full!

3. Vendors will be accepted on a "first come, first serve" basis. Acceptance will be granted at the discretion of

the Christmas Market Committee.

4. Exhibitors' setup starts 1.5 hours before the start of the event. Vehicles must be unloaded and removed from the street as quickly as possible. 5. Electricity is available. 6. NO Refunds will be given for vendor cancellation or vendor "No Shows." 7. Vendors are required to provide their own tables. 8. Vendors are responsible for cleaning up booth space before leaving. Trash receptacles will be available. All exhibit materials or equipment not removed from the site following closing will be considered abandoned and will become the property of the Cochran-Bleckley Chamber of Commerce. 9. No Vendor will be allowed to break down their booth early. If a vendor decides not to follow this policy, you will forfeit your eligibility to return to future events. 10. No pets allowed apart from service animals.

VENDOR ACKNOWLEDGEMENT AGREEMENT

Liability for Loss or Theft: The owner or custodian of the property of any kind brought to the Market, either for exhibit or for other purposes, assumes as a condition of its admission to the event, all risks of and responsibility for its loss, damage, or theft. The Market committee and/or volunteers cannot and will not accept responsibility or liability for any damage or injury resulting from theft, fire, the elements, accidents, or other conditions of causes, whether to exhibitors, property of concessionaires, vehicles on the grounds, and articles left therein, or any property of any nature whatsoever. Exhibitors, concessionaires, and others having property on the grounds during and after the event should make their own arrangements for guarding and protecting their property. Refunds: No Refunds will be given for vendor cancellation or vendor "No Shows."

I hereby acknowledge that I have read, understand, and agree to abide by the Guidelines; Liability for Loss or Theft; Refunds Policy, as a vendor at the Cochran-Bleckley indoor Christmas Market scheduled for Saturday, November 28 or December 12, 2026. I understand that by not abiding by these rules, I will forfeit my eligibility to return to future events.(Initials Required)
