REFUND POLICY: A full refund (less processing fees) will be granted up to 2 weeks before the event. After this, you may contact us to transfer your registration to someone else.
Accident Waiver and Release of Liability. PARTICIPANT ASSUMES ALL OF THE RISKS OF PARTICIPATING IN ANY/ALL ACTIVITIES ASSOCIATED WITH THIS EVENT, including by way of example and not limitation, any risks that may arise from negligence or carelessness on the part of the persons or entities being released, from dangerous or defective equipment or property owned, maintained, or controlled by them, or because of their possible liability without fault, or during transportation if he/she/they opt-in to event-provided shuttle transportation. Participant certifies that he/she/they is physically fit for participation in this activity, and have not been advised to not participate by a qualified medical professional. Participant acknowledges that this Accident Waiver and Release of Liability statement will be used by the event holders, sponsors, and organizers of the activity in which he/she/they may participate, and that it will govern my actions and responsibilities at said activity.
Photo/Video Release Form. Participant is aware that the planners of this event may hire professional photographers or videographers to capture the event. Participant grants permission to kaDON and its agents and employees the irrevocable and unrestricted right to reproduce the photographs and/or video images taken of him/her/them, or members of his/her/their family if present, for the purpose of publication, promotion, illustration, advertising, or trade, in any manner or in any medium. Participant hereby releases kaDON and its legal representatives for all claims and liability relating to said images or video. Furthermore, grants permission to use his/her/their statements that were given during an interview or guest lecture, with or without his/her/their name, for the purpose of advertising and publicity without restriction. Participant waives his/her/their right to any compensation.
Age Verification. Participant certifies that they are 18 years of age or older on February 11th, 2026. Participant understands that this consent to these provisions is given in consideration of the acceptance of this registration and for being permitted to participate in this event.
