We can't wait for this year's Miss Viva Fiesta West Texas! So excited to showcase the Permian Basin's young rising stars in the pageant world and see these little ones take the stage. Event will be held during Viva Fiesta 2026, May 1st-3rd. **Deadline to register for this year's pageant is April 11, 2026.
General Info:

Categories for pageant: Participant to compete in Heritage Costume, Formal Wear, Onstage Introduction, and Interview Question based on bio provided. Pageant will be broken up into age divisions and held on Saturday, May 2nd, 2026 and Sunday, May 3rd, 2026 (pending number of participants).
*Age ranges: 4-6 yrs of age, 7-9 yrs of age, 10-12 yrs of age, 13-15, and 16-18 yrs of age. Each age range must have minimum of 5 participants to make. Viva Fiesta will be offering an academic scholarship for the winner of the 16-18 year age group, Miss Fiesta West Texas.

Crown, Sash, and Trophy provided to 1st place winner for each age range. Trophies provided for 1st-3rd place winners with additional prizes awarded to Miss Photogenic, Best Heritage Costume, Evening Gown, People's Choice. Participants cannot be related in any way to any Judge for this event.

Rehearsals prior to performance- provided by CJPageants Coach LLC to take place between April 15-30, 2026.

Crystal Moreno

Pageant Director
Crystal Moreno is the former Permian Basin 2019 and has been involved with pageants and the modeling industry for over 17 years. Born and raised in El Paso, Texas, Crystal moved to the Permian Basin in 2013 with her husband. She is the mother of 3 beautiful children and runs her own business- CJ Pageant Coach, LLC. She created this business in 2021 to help guide and mentor the pageant process for young females. Crystal is also the 2025 recipient of Female Entrepreneur of Midland- Rising star in business.

Viva Fiesta, CJ Pageants LLC, or the Ector County Coliseum is in no way responsible for any accidents or injury that may occur before, during, or after the pageant. NO REFUNDS, unless a specific age range fails to meet the minimum 5 participant requirement. You will be disqualified if you show any bad sportsmanlike behavior during the performance or pageant. The 1st place winner will be subject to a Crown restriction for Permian Basin area. She will not be allowed to "double crown" for another pageant held in the Permian Basin area for 1 year following the Crown date of May 3rd, 2026.

The Little Miss Fiesta crown holders will also be asked to participate in (3) community events such as Basin Blue, the Odessa Downtown Christmas Parade, Odessa September 16th Parade, Viva Fiesta events, and/or 1 community service event.
