Registration and Gala Dinner Information

Early Registration Deadline: August 15, 2026
Register on or before August 15, 2026, to secure the lowest available rate. Beginning August 16, 2026, all registration fees will increase by USD 25.00.

Final Registration Deadline: October 7, 2026
All registrations must be completed by October 7, 2026. On-site registration will not be available, and no registrations will be accepted after this date.

Gala Dinner Tickets
Tickets for the Gala Dinner must be purchased no later than October 7, 2026. Tickets will not be sold after this date, and availability is limited—early purchase is strongly recommended.

CANCELLATION POLICY*

Section 1 – Non‑Member Registration

For individuals who are not members of the Transcultural Nursing Society and do not plan to join at this time.

Section 2 – Member Registration

For current Transcultural Nursing Society members or individuals joining today. To receive the discounted member rate,
Non‑members must add a membership in Section 4 before registering at the member rate.

Section 3 – Presenter Deposit Credit
For presenters who previously paid the $100 deposit and are completing full registration by September 1, 2026.

Presenter Deposit due August 1, 2026 (non‑refundable).
Remaining conference registration balance due September 1, 2026.
Only the individual who paid the deposit may apply it.
Each presenter must submit their own $100 deposit.

Section 4 – Add or Renew Membership

Join or renew your Transcultural Nursing Society membership today.
Membership is required to receive the conference member rate.

Section 5 – Additional Tickets

Purchase Gala Dinner tickets or tickets for a spouse/companion to attend the welcome reception, Gala Dinner, and breakfasts.

Section 6 – Presenter Deposit Payment
For presenters submitting the $100 deposit due August 1, 2026.
This deposit is required to secure your presenter status and must be followed by full registration by September 1, 2026.
