Early Registration Deadline: August 15, 2026
Register on or before August 15, 2026, to secure the lowest available rate. Beginning August 16, 2026, all registration fees will increase by USD 25.00.

Final Registration Deadline: October 7, 2026
All registrations must be completed by October 7, 2026. On-site registration will not be available, and no registrations will be accepted after this date.

Gala Dinner Tickets
Tickets for the Gala Dinner must be purchased no later than October 7, 2026. Tickets will not be sold after this date, and availability is limited—early purchase is strongly recommended.

CANCELLATION POLICY*

Section 1 – Non-Member Registration	For individuals who are not TCNS members and do not wish to join at this time.
Section 2 – Member Registration	For current TCNS members or those joining today, to receive the discounted member rate. To qualify, non-members must add a membership in Section 4 before registering.
Section 3 – Presenter Deposit Credit	For presenters who paid the $100 deposit and are now completing full registration by September 1, 2025. • Deposit due August 1, 2025, and is non-refundable. • Remaining balance must be paid by September 1, 2025. • Only the person who paid the deposit may claim it. • Each presenter must pay the $100 deposit individually.
Section 4 – Add or Renew Membership	Use this section to join or renew your TCNS membership. Membership is required to receive the member conference rate.
Section 5 – Additional Tickets	Add tickets for the Gala Dinner, or for a spouse/companion to attend the welcome reception, Gala Dinner, and breakfasts.
Section 6 – Presenter Deposit Payment (Closed)	This option is no longer available. If you haven’t paid your presenter deposit, please complete your full registration. Questions? These are not included in the conference registration fee. You must be registered for the conference to attend the Gala Dinner.
Spouse/Companion Attendance: Spouses or companions may attend only if accompanied by a registered conference participant. Additional fees apply for spouses/companions attending the Welcome Reception or breakfasts.
