This Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into by and between the undersigned contestant (or the contestant’s parent/legal guardian, if under 18) and the Imperial Beauties Organization ("Organizer") for participation in the optional competitions of the World Imperial Beauties (“Pageant”).
1. Purpose of Agreement
This Agreement outlines the terms and conditions related to payment for optional competitions associated with the Pageant. Optional competitions may include, but are not limited to: [ Talent, Photogenic, Casual Wear, Elite Model, Cultural Wear, Spokesmodel, Glamour Model, and Model of the Year].
2. Payment Terms
- The total amount due for all selected optional competitions must be paid in full prior to the contestant’s participation in any aspect of the Pageant.
- All payments are non-refundable, regardless of withdrawal, disqualification, or inability to attend.

3.Payment Deadline
- Full payment must be received no later than July 22, 2026.
- Contestants with outstanding balances will not be permitted to participate in optional competitions.
4. Acknowledgment
By signing below, the contestant (or parent/legal guardian) acknowledges they have read and understood this Agreement and agree to the terms set forth herein. They further acknowledge that participation is contingent upon full payment and that all fees paid are final and non-refundable.
