Cancellations made more than 48 hours in advance are eligible for a refund (entry fee minus the transaction fee). For Saturday events, notice must be given by Thursday at 9am. For Sunday events, notice must be received by Friday at 9am. Cancellations received after these times are not eligible for a refund. This policy allows us to finalize draws in a timely manner and properly plan for food, awards, and staffing.
Toys for Tots

In the spirit of the holiday season, we will be collecting toy donations for our local Toys for Tots organization. Last year, 16,811 children were supported in the Lancaster area, and RCW contributed 3 large boxes full of toys!

Bring 1 toy donation and receive $20 off your emtry!

Toys must be new and unwrapped.

If you'd like to participate, please use the code TOYSFORTOTS below to adjust your registration pricing upfront. Toys can be dropped off as early as Monday, November 17th. Deadline for toy donations will be Sunday, December 21st. There will be a clipboard at the Toys for Tots box in the lobby, to account for your donation!
