Refund Policy*

Please check to acknowledge the refund policy: there are no refunds at any time for any reason. Once a student is enrolled in the class, a spot is being saved for them. After registration, there is a 24-hour grace period to cancel without penalty. If a student chooses to withdraw from the class after the grace period, but before the first day of class, you will lose any tuition already paid & processed. If possible, we do need to know if a student is choosing to withdraw from the class at least 72 hours in advance so we can rework the class structure or open up the waiting list (if applicable). After classes have begun, should a student willingly drop from the class or be asked to leave due to poor behavior/performance, a refund will not be given.

Please note that all discounts will be calculated at the time of registration and applied to the approproate payments as determined by our office. Limited to one discount per participating family.
