Summer Programme 2026

Welcome to the application portal for People Dancing's Summer Programme 2026. 

You will be asked a series of questions, including your contact information and then pay a non-refundable £35 deposit for every workshop(s) you wish to apply for. 

Once your place has been approved by the Heads of Programme at People Dancing, an email on how to pay the balance will be sent to you.

The balance is due in full before 21 June 2026. Failure to pay the balance before this date will mean that your place is cancelled and your deposit will be retained by People Dancing.

The following questions focus on access. We ask these detailed questions in order to best support you when you are attending the workshops. Quiet spaces are provided on site and open for all to use at any time. 

We cannot support access needs which are not disclosed to us so encourage you to choose yes when asked. If you have any doubts or would like to discuss your needs further with People Dancing, email the team. Please note that some requirements disclosed at short notice, after the 21 June, may not be possible to meet. 

The information on this form is only shared with the team members responsible for the event and is kept confidentially. 

To attend Safer Dance Practice with Charlotte Tomlinson you have to have started or completed the Safer Community Dance Practice online course.

What is the Safer Community Dance Practice online course? 

This four-unit online course covers key issues relevant to all community dance artists and will give you the confidence to safely integrate health and safety principles to support your delivery of effective and, ideally, injury free dance sessions, regardless of the age and experience of your participants. 

Choose which workshop you would like to attend each day. A non-refundable deposit of £35 per workshop is required to secure your place. 

The People Dancing team will let you know if you have been successful in your application within 7 working days of your submission. 

Following your approval, a payment link to settle the balance will be sent to you via Quickbooks. The balance is due before 21 June 2026. Failure to settle the balance by the 21 June 2026 will jeopardise your place and you will lose your deposit.

HOW TO CHOOSE YOUR WORKSHOP:

• Choose the specific workshop by checking the empty square on the left hand side of the picture of each workshop. 
• This workshop choice cannot be changed once payment has been made so please be accurate. 
• Only change the quantity if you are booking for more than one person.
