    1. Engagement; Presentation

    The Organizer desires to engage Speaker to deliver a presentation titled “Redefining Wealth and Freedom God’s Way: Preparing People for Monetary Sovereignty in the Digital Age” (the “Presentation”) to an audience of the Organizer’s members, guests, or constituents (the “Event”).

    Total on-stage time shall not exceed 60 minutes.

    Core content delivery: 30–40 minutes

    Optional Q&A segment:
    If elected by Organizer: maximum 10 minutes, integrated at the end
    If not elected: Speaker concludes immediately after core content


    Q&A may run until the 60-minute mark, but Speaker will leave the stage at exactly 60 minutes regardless of remaining questions


    The Presentation will educate attendees on Bitcoin, personal monetary sovereignty, and related principles in an easy-to-understand manner suitable for beginners. Speaker will also offer copies of his Amazon best-selling book Foundations for Liberty for on-site purchase.


    2. Term; Compensation

    This Agreement commences upon execution and expires exactly 60 minutes after the scheduled start time of the Presentation, followed by any agreed book-signing period.

    No additional compensation or time is required for Q&A or overruns.

    A. Speaking Fee

    Speaker’s standard speaking fee is $1,000. However, under the limited-time Introductory Rate (available only for qualified non-profit, church, civic, chamber, or banquet organizers and expiring July 1, 2026 or after Speaker’s 25th paid engagement under this rate, whichever occurs first), the Organizer shall pay Speaker a fee of $500 (the “Fee”).

    Future Booking Incentive:
    If Organizer books Speaker for a second event within 12 months, the then-current Fee is discounted 20 %. Deposit secures rate.

    B. Love Offering

    Substitution Option – If the Organizer is a church or 501(c)(3) organization unable to meet the $500 Fee, the Parties may mutually agree in writing to substitute a love offering collected from attendees in lieu of the Fee, provided the offering is presented to Speaker in PayPal, Cash App, check payable to “Matthew J. Moore,” or Bitcoin (BTC) at the Coinbase spot price at 12:00 PM CST on the Event date no later than 15 minutes after the final book-signing.


    Bonus / Additional Gift – Regardless of whether the full Fee is paid, the Organizer may, at its sole discretion, present Speaker with a love offering, honorarium, or additional gift in PayPal, Cash App, check payable to “Matthew J. Moore,” or Bitcoin (BTC) at the Coinbase spot price at 12:00 PM CST on the Event date no later than 15 minutes after the final book-signing.


    C. Travel Expenses (REQUIRED IN ADVANCE)

    The Organizer shall be solely responsible for arranging and pre-paying (or reimbursing Speaker within 24 hours of booking) all reasonable travel expenses, including but not limited to:

    • Round-trip airfare (economy plus or better, booked at least 14 days in advance unless otherwise agreed)
    • Hotel or Airbnb (private room, 3+ stars, within 10 miles of venue)
    • Ground transportation (rental car, ride-share, parking, gas, or mileage at current IRS rate)
    • Meals / Per Diem (Optional) – $75 per diem unless Organizer elects to provide meals. If meals are provided, Speaker follows a strict beef-based carnivore diet (high-quality beef only, seasoned primarily with salt and real butter; pepper allowed only if necessary). No substitutions, sauces, or sides.

    Process:

    • Speaker will submit a Travel Itinerary Request (attached as Exhibit A) within 48 hours of signing this Agreement.
    • Organizer must book and confirm all travel within 5 business days (or reimburse Speaker immediately upon Speaker booking).
    • No out-of-pocket travel costs shall be borne by Speaker.
      Any changes due to Organizer (e.g., date change) will be at Organizer’s expense.


    D. Payment Terms

    50 % of the Fee ($250) is due upon execution of this Agreement to reserve the date.


    → This deposit must be paid exclusively via PayPal through the official Jotform booking link.


    The balance of the Fee ($250) is due immediately following the Presentation.
    → Final balance may be paid via:

    • PayPal
    • Cash App
    • Check payable to “Matthew J. Moore”
    • Bitcoin (BTC) sent to Speaker’s designated wallet, valued at the Coinbase spot price at 12:00 PM CST on the Event date


    All pre-paid travel bookings (or reimbursements) must be completed no later than 10 days prior to the Event.


    Bitcoin payments: Speaker will provide wallet address and QR code upon request. Organizer is solely responsible for network fees and correct transfer. No refunds for overpayment or incorrect sends.


    All payments are non-refundable except as stated in §11 (Cancellation).

     

    3. Attendee Data Collection & Privacy

    Speaker will conduct one or more calls-to-action during the Presentation (e.g., book purchase sign-up, free e-book giveaway, QR code scan, Jotform submission, or similar). All personal information collected from attendees (“Attendee Data”) becomes the exclusive property of Matthew J. Moore and is jointly controlled and shared between Causeway LLC and Moore Media, LLC (collectively, “the Companies”), both owned by Matthew J. Moore.

    A. Organizer Responsibilities

    • Provide a 6-ft table within 20 feet of the exit with power access for book sales and data collection.
    • Permit Speaker to display QR codes, Jotform links, or physical sign-up sheets during the Event.
    • Do not interfere with or restrict attendees from voluntarily providing information.
    • Ensure stable Wi-Fi (minimum 20 Mbps upload/download) is available in the presentation room and shall not restrict attendees from using mobile devices during the call-to-action segment.

    B. Attendee Consent & Privacy Policy

    By participating in any call-to-action, attendees acknowledge they have been informed of and consent to the Privacy Policy effective October 28, 2025, available at MattJMoore.com/privacy and incorporated herein by reference. Key terms include:

    Joint Control & Ownership – Attendee Data becomes the exclusive property of Matthew J. Moore and is jointly used by Causeway LLC and Moore Media, LLC.


    Data Collected – Name, email, phone (optional), knowledge level, age range, sex (optional with “Prefer Not to Say”), purchase history.


    Use – Deliver digital products, send opt-in newsletters/offers, analyze anonymized trends, improve content.


    Sharing – Only between the Companies, trusted service providers (Wix, Jotform, Constant Contact, Stripe), or as required by law. Never sold, rented, or shared with advertisers.


    Rights – Attendees may access, correct, delete, or port their data via MattJMoore.com contact form (subject: “Privacy Request”).


    Organizer agrees to verbally announce (or display on-screen) at the start of the Event:

    “Any information you provide today (book purchase, giveaway, QR scan) is governed by Matthew J. Moore’s Privacy Policy at MattJMoore.com/privacy. By participating, you consent to data collection and use as described.”


    4. Technical & Merch Requirements

    Organizer shall provide and confirm 72 hours prior to the Event:

    • HDMI-compatible projector/screen (1920×1080 minimum)
    • Wireless lavalier microphone or handheld microphone
    • Presentation clicker with laser pointer
    • Power outlet at podium
    • Stable Wi-Fi (20 Mbps+ upload/download)
    • 6-ft merch table within 20 feet of the exit with power access
    • Speaker will provide 72 hours’ notice of any additional technical needs.

    A. AV Failure

    If any required AV (projector, mic, Wi-Fi) fails for >5 minutes and cannot be fixed, Speaker may end the Presentation early.

    • Full Fee still paid
    • Travel fully reimbursed
    • No liability for incomplete talk

    B. Book Sales

    Speaker retains 100 % of on-site Foundations for Liberty sales.

    → Optional: Organizer may earn 10 % commission in U.S. Dollars (USD) (paid via check payable to Organizer or PayPal) if they actively staff the table and process sales.


    5. Organizer-Provided Media (Optional but Encouraged)

    A. Recording Permission

    Organizer is permitted and encouraged to record the Presentation (video, audio, photos) using professional-grade equipment (1080p+ video, clear audio). Organizer shall assign at least one dedicated person to preferably capture the following:

    • Full Presentation (wide shot + close-ups)
    • Audience reactions
    • Book table / call-to-action moments


    B. Delivery to Speaker (MANDATORY)

    Within 48 hours after the Event, Organizer must deliver raw, unedited files (via Dropbox, Google Drive, or USB) to Speaker.


    Speaker receives all raw files first and may edit/use them for any purpose (website, social media, reel, etc.).


    C. Organizer’s Limited License (Promotional & Internal Use Only)

    Upon delivery of raw files to Speaker, Organizer is granted a non-exclusive, royalty-free, limited license to use the edited or unedited recordings solely for:

    • Promotional purposes (e.g., event recap on their website, social media, newsletters — must tag Speaker using current handles listed at mattjmoore.com/social).
    • If Organizer uses a platform where Speaker has no account, they must include the URL: mattjmoore.com


    Internal use (e.g., training, archives, member communications).
    Restrictions:

    • No commercial sale, licensing, or syndication of the media.
    • No use in paid ads without Speaker’s written consent.
    • No alteration that misrepresents Speaker’s message or image.
    • Must include credit: “© Matthew J. Moore / The Money Block”

    D. Ownership & Master Rights

    Speaker retains full copyright and master rights in all recordings.
    Organizer’s license is revocable if misused.
    Speaker may demand removal of any posted media with 24 hours’ notice.

    E. No Extra Cost

    This service is provided at no additional charge to Speaker. If Organizer declines to record, Speaker may bring his own team at Organizer’s expense (added to travel reimbursement).


    6. Limited Media License

    Organizer grants Speaker an irrevocable, royalty-free, worldwide license to use any photos, audio, and video clips of the Presentation taken by Speaker or his team for marketing, website, social media, TV/radio program, podcast, and promotional reels.


    7. NO WARRANTY

    THE ORGANIZER ACKNOWLEDGES THAT FINANCIAL MARKETS, INCLUDING CRYPTOCURRENCIES, ARE INHERENTLY RISKY. SPEAKER MAKES NO AND EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL REPRESENTATIONS, WARRANTIES, AND GUARANTEES WITH RESPECT TO THE PRESENTATION OR ANY INFORMATION PROVIDED THEREIN. ALL CONTENT IS SPEAKER’S PERSONAL OPINION AND EXPERIENCE ONLY AND IS NOT INVESTMENT, TAX, OR LEGAL ADVICE. THE ORGANIZER AND ATTENDEES ARE SOLELY RESPONSIBLE FOR THEIR OWN DECISIONS AND ACTIONS. SPEAKER SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY LOSS, CLAIM, OR DAMAGE ARISING FROM ATTENDEES’ APPLICATION OF THE PRESENTATION CONTENT.


    8. LIMITATION OF REMEDIES

    In the event of any claim, the Organizer’s sole and exclusive remedy shall be, at Speaker’s option: (i) a corrected Presentation (if feasible), or (ii) refund of the Fee actually paid. IN NO EVENT SHALL SPEAKER BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, AND SPEAKER’S TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE FEE.


    9. Recording; Intellectual Property

    The Organizer may not record (audio, video, or livestream) the Presentation for public distribution without complying with §5.
    All intellectual property in the Presentation, slides, and Foundations for Liberty remains exclusively owned by Speaker.
    Organizer is granted a limited, non-transferable license to use Speaker’s name, likeness, and bio solely to promote the Event.

    10. Non-Circumvention; Non-Disparagement

    Organizer shall not use any materials, contacts, or strategies shared during the Presentation to bypass Speaker or compete with Speaker’s business. If dissatisfied, Organizer agrees to address concerns directly with Speaker and shall not make negative statements to third parties that could harm Speaker’s reputation.


    11. Cancellation

    By Organizer: If canceled more than 30 days before the Event, the deposit is refundable minus a $100 processing fee. Within 30 days, the full Fee is forfeited.
    By Speaker: If Speaker must cancel due to illness or force majeure, all payments will be refunded; Speaker will make reasonable efforts to reschedule.

    12. Referral Program

    If Organizer refers a new, paid booking that signs this Agreement:

    Organizer receives $100 credit toward future event OR
    $100 in U.S. Dollars (USD) via check payable to Organizer or PayPal
    Referral must be confirmed in writing before new contract is signed.

    13. Force Majeure

    Neither Party shall be liable for failure to perform due to causes beyond its reasonable control (acts of God, war, pandemics, travel restrictions, Speaker’s personal illness or family emergency, etc.).


    14. Severability; Entire Agreement

    If any provision is invalid, it shall be reformed to fulfill the Parties’ intent to the greatest extent possible; remaining provisions remain enforceable. This Agreement is the entire understanding and supersedes all prior discussions.


    15. Electronic Signatures

    This Agreement may be executed electronically under the Oklahoma Uniform Electronic Transactions Act (12A O.S. § 15-101 et seq.). An electronic signature, click-to-accept, DocuSign, Jotform signature, or email acknowledgment has the same legal effect as a handwritten signature.


    16. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

    This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Oklahoma, without regard to conflict of laws principles. Any dispute arising hereunder shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Tulsa County, Oklahoma, and each Party irrevocably consents to personal jurisdiction and venue therein.


    IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the Parties execute this Agreement as of the Effective Date.
