By submitting this form and completing your contribution, you acknowledge and agree to the following:
1. Not an Investment or Equity Offering
Your contribution is a voluntary donation toward the launch of Refynery. It does not provide equity, ownership, voting rights, or financial return of any kind. This is not a security, investment contract, or partnership.
2. Use of Funds
Refynery reserves the right to allocate all contributions in the manner that best supports the mission, operations, and growth of the business—including but not limited to event production, product development, staffing, technology, and general operating expenses.
3. Rewards & Fulfillment
Reward items (such as candles, Quarterly Boxes, and event access) are provided as thank-you gifts for your contribution.
Delivery timelines may shift based on production or supply chain needs.
Substitutions of equal or greater value may be made if specific items become unavailable.
Physical items are intended for private use and personal consumption only.
4. Event Participation
Events, private dinners, and private event planning included in higher tiers are subject to:
Date availability and scheduling coordination
Venue, capacity, and safety requirements
Local regulations and restrictions
Refynery may adjust or reschedule events as needed to ensure quality and safety.
5. No Liability
By contributing, you agree that Refynery, LLC and its representatives are not liable for any injuries, damages, losses, or claims arising from:
Participation in events
Use or consumption of any reward items
Travel to or from events
Interactions with Refynery staff, contractors, venues, or partners
You assume all personal risk associated with attending events or using reward items.
6. Payment & Refunds
All payments are securely processed through Square.
Contributions are non-refundable.
Chargebacks may disqualify you from receiving reward items or participation benefits.
7. Privacy
Your information will be used only for fulfilling rewards, communicating updates, and maintaining supporter records.
You may opt out of public recognition or future communications within this form.
8. Modifications
Refynery reserves the right to modify these terms as needed. Updated terms will always remain aligned with the spirit of transparency and community care.
