This Sponshorship Agreement is made and entered into, and effective, by and between Jannah Circle, Inc. NFP, a not-for-profit organization (“JC”), and “Sponsor”, and its authorized representative, officers, employees, contractors, and agents, that is applying to have a booth at Shalimar Banquets for the Ramadan Moon Market located at 280 W North Ave, Addison, IL, 60106 on January 31st and February 1st, 2026.
The sponsor agrees to the following:
- This Agreement gives you a non-transferable license to sponsor RMM, according to the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
- JC reserves the right to reject applications, terminate contracts, and/or cancel the Booth with or without cause at any time prior to or during the event if its is in the best interests of JC.
- Sponsor shall pay all sponsorship donations prior to the event. No refunds will be issued.
- This event is for families (Men, Women, Elderly and Children)
- SOCIAL MEDIA POSTS: Starting 1/10/2026 Sponsors must post about the market daily on social media to create excitement. Posts can be reels, stories, carousels, posts of their merchandise/products etc.
- RESTRICTIONS: No food or beverages may be sold or given away at the Booth without consent of JC. Fireworks and any other incendiary devices & helium are expressly prohibited. Fuel tanks or heating appliances such as microwaves, ovens, etc. are also prohibited. Any literature (fundraising or otherwise) is restricted to the assigned booth and must be pre-approved by JC.
- ETHICS & BEHAVIOR: Vendors, sponsors and their staff are expected to follow Islamic standards of behavior & ethics when dealing with customers & soliciting business. Vendors shall ensure the proper quality of the products sold. Vendors shall comply with all applicable laws as to the vendor's sales. JC will not be responsible for any business conducted Illegally. Vendors agree and understand their responsibility as a business under the law.
- Sponsor shall indemnify, defend and hold JC harmless from any and all claims, losses and/or damages, of whatever kind and nature, arising from, out of or in connection with this Agreement, including but not limited to reasonable attorneys' fees incurred by JC in defending itself from any and all such claims. Vendor also assumes all risks of loss, injury, theft or damage of any kind or nature whatsoever to any exhibit or component thereof; including but not limited to goods, merchandise, cash, records, or any other property. Vendors shall, at their expense repair any damage that they cause to the property.
- This is a 2 day event. Vendors and sponsors may leave the set up as is overnight on Saturday January 31, 2026. JC does not take responsibility for any of your belongings, display set up or items. JC does not maintain insurance covering Vendor's property and it is the sole responsibility of the Sponsor to obtain such insurance.
- Selling, marketing, or distributing unauthorized or illegally produced materials is strictly prohibited. Any and all Sponsors with illegal products will have their goods confiscated, they will forfeit their Booth, if they have one, and will be immediately escorted out of the property. Sponsors shall observe all applicable laws, rules and regulations, and ordinances of any applicable government authority and all rules of the facility.
- Payment is non-refundable and your sponsorship is not-transferable to a different sponsor/vendor without JC approval.
- A sponsor's logo will be displayed on all RMM 2026 marketing flyers. Different levels of sponsorship receive different benefits.
- This agreement contract must be completed by December 15, 2026.
