Submission of this application form will require a $50 deposit to secure your child's position in the class. FULL-term fees are payable by the first class.

All deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE however if FULL course fees are paid and sessions are not commenced then the term fees minus the non-refundable deposit are transferable to another course. The agency must be notified prior to the commencement of the program. Once the course has commenced ALL Fees are non-refundable.

By signing I understand the total fee is payable even though the student may be absent from class or classes or elects to discontinue the course. Any classes missed cannot be made up at a later date.
