VENDOR FEES

VENDOR APPLICATION - FINAL DAY TO REGISTER IS JANUARY 15TH, 2026
NOTES:
- Merchandise Vendor fee $300 per 10x10 spot (includes City of Long Beach special event vendor permit)
- Information booth fee $200 per 10x10 spot
- Booth rental is for space only all vendors must provide their own canopies, tables and chairs
- Booths must be occupied during all event open hours.
- Vendor set up is Saturday April 18th Starting at 10am and must be completely set up by 12pm
- Tear down is after 5pm on Sunday April 19th
- Show time Saturday April 18th 1-7pm & Sunday 11-5pm
- Each vendor can display up to TWO motorcycles in front of their booth
Your booth is not reserved until payment has been completed.

A CA sellers permit is required for all Vendors selling merchandise

Vendor fee includes the City of Long Beach Special event permit.

Show is in collaboration with The Pikes Outlets during Grand Prix weekend. Iron Goddess is not associated with the Grand Prix. Show is located directly outside the Grand Prix entrance at 95 S. Pine Ave. Long Beach CA.

The Pikes outlets charges a $16 maximum parking fee in their parking garage.
