Agreements & Guidelines
To honor the integrity of our shared space:
- Please take full responsibility for your own physical, emotional, and mental wellbeing.
- This includes releasing all participants and the facilitator from liability for any physical illness or emotional difficulty that may arise.
- If you are experiencing symptoms of a contagious illness at the time of the workshop, please prioritize the health of the group by choosing not to attend.
- Cancellations made within 48 hours of the workshop are non-refundable, regardless of reason.
Preparation & What to Bring
You will receive a reminder email a few days before the workshop from huttonheather@hotmail.com.
To support your experience, please bring:
- A water bottle
- A journal and pen
- Comfortable clothing for movement
- Lyrics or a chord chart of a favorite song you'd like to explore
