This order form is for the STANDARD PARTY PACKAGE ONLY.

All Party Package Bookings Require A Minimum of 48 Hrs Notice. No Exceptions.

Tax & Gratuity will be included in the total bill.

Cancellations within 48 hours before event time are subject to 20% fee.

Refunds for cancellations will be receipt amount less transaction fees.

Bookings will be for 2.5 hour time limit.

Party Packages are able to be combined with OpenTable reservations.

Cakes & Cupcakes are allowed but a signed Cake Waiver ($25 fee) is required.

Balloons & decorations are welcomed but excessive or items disruptive of other patrons or the businesses service will not be allowed.

Additional Fees or Price Adjustments may be needed for special requests/services.

Special requests/services/ time adjustments are not guaranteed.
