2025-26 Soccer at the Plex Youth Soccer League Registration Form

WE ARE EXCITED TO ANNOUNCE THE 3rd SEASON OF YOUTH SOCCER AT THE PLEX HERE AT THE PLANTER'S BANK - JENNIE STUART HEALTH SPORTSPLEX.

TEAMS WILL PLAY AN 8 GAME SEASON WITH A SINGLE ELIMINATION TOURNAMENT.

Games will begin approximately the second week of JAnuary and will be completed by the second week of March.

DIVISIONS WILL BE 8-10 YEAR OLDS AND 11-12 YEAR OLDS.

8-10 year old division must have been born in 2015, 2016 or 2017

11-12 year old division must have been born in 2013 or 2014

REGISTRATION FEE IS $65 PER PLAYER (THERE WILL ALSO BE A $3 PER PERSON ADMISSION FEE TO GAMES)

REGISTRATION DEADLINE IS DECEMBER 15. NO LATE REGISTRATIONS ACCEPTED.

This year we will again be offering a team registration at $500 per team (Team registrations must provide their own jerseys and Coach). $3 PER GAME ADMISSION FEE APPLIES TO TEAMS AS WELL.

Practice time will only be included with teams that are made up of individual registrants. Those registering as a team will be allowed to schedule practices at a discounted rate, subject to availablity.

SCHEDULE
There will be games on weeknights and Saturdays.

GAMES
All division game schedules will be posted in advance at hopkinsvilleSportsplex.com/leagues

AWARDS
End-of-season awards will only be presented to the tournament champion and runner-up. No regular season or participation trophies will be awarded.
