ELIGIBILITY: 
To participiate in any NPC Show, all competitors, regardless of which portion (division/class) of the show, MUST have an NPC Card. NPC cards are valid for one calendar year (starting in January for all competitors.) NPC membership cards can be purchased here: http://npcnewsonline.com/join-the-npc/ - just have your email reciept to show us at check-ins.

• The Mid-Atlantic Open Show is open to ALL NPC Competitors.
• Masters competitors must show proof of age.
• The Armed Forces Show is open to all Veterans (or spouses) who hold a current Military ID - Active Duty, Reserve and Retired.
• The NPC VA State Show is open to VA Residents. Must show proof of residency.

ENTRY FEE:

$110 initial* entry fee and $100 for each additional class. *The initial entry free includes your full photo package, and this is our early bird pricing, after it closes fee will be $120 initial and $100 each additional class..

ONLINE REGISTRATION will close on November 4th. Competitors will still be able to regsiter and add classes (or change classes) on Friday, November 7th during check-ins.

Onsite registration will be $125 for your initial regsitration cash ($150 credit) and $100 for each additional class cash ($125 credit).


REFUNDS: No Refunds for entries or ticket purchases for any reason.

MUSIC: All competitors (BodyBuilders, Men's Classic Physique, & Women's Physique) using music MUST supply their own music via the upload link below. Posing music MUST be no longer than 70 seconds and MUST be the only track uploaded. Fitness routines must be no longer than 120 seconds or 2 minutes. Vulgar music is grounds for disqualification.

How to submit your music? You can submit your music here by uploading it below. You may also email your file to mmvanpc@gmail.com. Please include YOUR NAME and DIVISION in your email.

Show Registration for payment purposes **

Please check EACH BOX for each CLASS that you are registering for. You may cross over to another division as well (except for those competiing in Fit Model - you may only do Fit Model, if you choose to compete in it).

Please e-mail us if you have any questions. Based on your height and weight, you will be placed in the appropriate classes upon Check-In.

A few notes to be aware of when selecting classes:

• The Mid-Atlantic Open Show is open to ALL NPC Competitors.
• Masters competitors must show proof of age.
• The Armed Forces Class is open to all Veterans (or spouses) who hold a current military id can compete in it - active duty, reserve and retired.
• True Novice Classes are open to those who have never stepped foot on an NPC stage.
• Novice Classes are for those NPC Competitors who have not placed in the top 10 at a national show, not won at overall, or not won and open class with more than 3 competitors in it.
• The NPC VA State Show is open to NPC Competitors who are VA Residents. Must show proof of residency.

Crossovers ARE permitted between Classic Physique, Men's BB, and Men's Physique.

IF YOU WANT TO COMPETE IN CLASSIC PHYSIQUE, your competition bodyweight is regulated by your HEIGHT, so you must fall within the ranges shown below (on contest day). THERE IS NO MINIMUM WEIGHT FOR EACH HEIGHT RANGE, only a MAXIMUM WEIGHT, which you may not exceed for the heights shown. If you DO NOT fall within the ranges shown below, you are NOT eligible for Classic Physique, but MAY compete in the Men's BB or MEN’S Physique divisions instead. NOTE: If you are eligible to compete in Classic Physique, you may ALSO compete in Men's BB or Men's Physique, if you wish (crossovers are permitted).

REMINDER - if competing in Fit Model - you can only do Fit Model - you can not cross over into any other divisions!

If you are only competing in one class, for example, Figure Open A, you only need to select the Entry Fee. If you are ALSO competing in Figure Masters and Figure Novice, then you would need to also check the box for Additional Classes Fee and the quantity of 2. If you select multiple classes and only pay for one, you will recieve an invoice for your additional classes that will need to be paid for before the deadlines listed otherwise, your registration will default to one class which will be your Open Class.
