I certify that I am 18 years of age or older and legally competent to sign this agreement.

I acknowledge that riding an electric bike or scooter involves inherent risks, including loss of control, falls, collisions, or mechanical failure that may result in injury or property damage. I voluntarily assume all risks, both known and unknown, that may result from my participation.

I understand that Check & Cruise recommends wearing proper safety gear, including a helmet, knee and elbow pads, and closed-toe shoes. I agree to operate the equipment responsibly and obey all traffic and safety laws.

I agree to return all rented equipment in the same condition in which it was provided. I am responsible for any loss, theft, or damage to the e-bike, scooter, or any accessories during my rental period.

In consideration of being permitted to rent and ride, I hereby release and discharge Check & Cruise Rentals, its owners, employees, and affiliates from any and all claims, liabilities, or damages arising from injuries to myself or others, or damage to property, even if caused by negligence (except gross negligence or intentional misconduct).

Indemnification I agree to indemnify and hold harmless Check & Cruise Rentals from any claims, actions, or expenses (including attorney fees) arising from my use of the rented equipment.

I have carefully read and fully understand this waiver. I voluntarily agree to its terms and understand that by signing, I am waiving certain legal rights.
