If a payment is later disputed, reversed, or charged back for any reason — including but not limited to credit card or bank disputes — the University reserves the right to recover the full amount from the applicant or payer. A USD $20 administrative fee will be charged for each disputed or reversed transaction. If the payment dispute is not resolved within the required timeframe, the University is obligated to report the case to the California Acupuncture Board and the Bureau for Private Postsecondary Education (BPPE). Such reports may result in the invalidation of the student’s enrollment status and related certifications.
