Animal Rescue Information

Hours

The Animal Rescue Adoption Event will be open from 11:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. and will take place inside the Equestrian Center. It is inside and airconditioned. It does have a compacted dirt floor. If you prefer you are welcome to bring an outdoor artificial turff carpet.

Participants

This registration is only for non-profit animal services organizations. For-profit vendors must register using the Vendors Registration form.

Booth space, whether complimentary or paid, does not include additional supplies. [canopy, tables, chairs, table covers, etc.] Any additional items requested may be arranged through the event supplier directly.

Our event supplier is ALot of Fun Party Rentals. Registrants will need to contact the supplier directly to coordinate needs, pricing, and quantities.

Vendor and Participant Disclaimer

By participating in or attending the Central Texas BBQ Roundup (CTBR) and Healing Heart Rescue Roundup, each vendor, exhibitor, participant, and volunteer (a0a0a0a0a0a0a0“Participant”) agrees to the following terms:

1. Assumption of Risk
   Participant understands and acknowledges that involvement in animal adoption, exhibition, or handling activities may involve inherent risks, including but not limited to bites, scratches, allergic reactions, and other injuries. Participant voluntarily assumes all such risks associated with participation.
2. Indemnification and Hold Harmless
   Participant agrees to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless the Central Texas BBQ Roundup, Healing Heart Rescue Roundup, their officers, directors, volunteers, sponsors, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses (including attorney fees) arising out of or resulting from any act, omission, or negligence of the Participant, its agents, employees, animals, or volunteers.
3. No Aggressive Animals
   Aggressive or dangerous animals are strictly prohibited. Any animal displaying aggression or posing a threat to the safety of others must be removed immediately upon request of event staff.
4. Vaccination Requirement
   All animals brought onto the premises must have up-to-date vaccinations as required by Texas law. Copies of vaccination records must be provided and kept on file by the Participant.
5. Personal Injury and Property Damage
   Participant agrees that CTBR and Healing Heart Rescue Roundup are not responsible for any injury, loss, or damage to persons, animals, or property that may occur before, during, or after the event.
6. Booth Setup, Cleanup, and Animal Waste
   Participant is responsible for setting up and dismantling their booth space and for maintaining the cleanliness of their area throughout the event. All trash, supplies, and animal waste (including animal waste) must be properly cleaned up and disposed of before leaving the event grounds.

7. Community Partnership and Conduct Commitment
   The Healing Heart Rescue Roundup Adoption Event is founded on the belief that every rescue, shelter, animal advocate, vendor, volunteer, and supporter plays an important role in improving the lives of animals and strengthening our community.

   Our mission is to foster a welcoming, family-oriented, and supportive environment where organizations work together toward a common goal: promoting animal welfare, responsible pet ownership, adoption, rescue, education, and community engagement.

   By participating in this event, all rescues, shelters, animal-related vendors, advocates, volunteers, and representatives agree to conduct themselves in a professional, respectful, and collaborative manner. Participants are expected to support and encourage fellow organizations, treat all attendees with courtesy and respect, and contribute positively to the overall success of the event.

   Healing Heart Rescue Roundup does not tolerate conduct that is disruptive, hostile, discriminatory, harassing, intentionally divisive, or detrimental to the mission and spirit of cooperation that this event seeks to promote. Participants who engage in behavior inconsistent with these values may be asked to correct the issue or, if necessary, may be removed from the event at the sole discretion of event management.

   Together, we are stronger. By supporting one another and working as a unified community, we create greater opportunities for animals, rescues, shelters, advocates, and the families we serve.

By signing below, submitting registration, or entering the event grounds, Participant acknowledges that they have read, understand, and agree to comply with the above terms and conditions.
