    Product Theater Opportunities
    The Virginia Chapter Annual Meeting offers your company an exclusive opportunity to host a Non-CME Product Theater — a dedicated session designed to showcase your products, services, or innovations to surgeons.

    Your company may bring in a speaker of your choice to deliver a focused presentation highlighting the clinical and practical value of your offerings. The Product Theater provides a unique, unopposed platform for engagement, allowing for direct interaction, questions, and meaningful discussion. 

    Product Theater options include: Dinner & Dialogue Friday Night | Coffee Chat Saturday AM | Lunch & Learn Saturday.

    Ample Networking Breaks: All conference breaks will be held in the exhibit area to maximize traffic and interaction.
    Exclusive Vendor Raffle: Attendees who visit all vendor booths will be entered into a raffle for exciting prizes—driving engagement and booth visits.

                                    • Cancellation Policy 
                                    • Exhibit space confirmation, registration and other details will be sent to the contact person listed above.

                                      Full payment is due no later than May 18, 2026. 

                                      Cancellation/Refunds: An exhibitor may cancel or withdraw from the meeting subject to the following conditions: 1) the exhibitor shall immediately file a written notice of intention to cancel or withdraw; 2) if written notice is received 30 days or more prior, the VA-ACS shall retain a sum of equal to fifty percent (50%) of the total cost of the reserved exhibit space; and 3) no refunds shall be made on cancellations received less than 30 days in advance of the meeting. Cancellations must be received in writing to smcconnell@ramdocs.org to be official.
