The Virginia Bariatric Society (VBS) invites you to exhibit at our 2026 Annual Meeting, taking place July 17 & 18, 2026 at the historic Hotel Roanoke in beautiful Roanoke, VA.

With more than 120 bariatric professionals from across the Commonwealth and surrounding states expected to attend, this is your opportunity to showcase your products and services to influential leaders and decision-makers in the field.

Product Theater Opportunities
The Virginia Bariatric Society Annual Meeting offers your company an exclusive opportunity to host a Non-CME Product Theater — a dedicated session designed to showcase your products, services, or innovations to bariatric surgeons and integrated health professionals.

Your company may bring in a speaker of your choice to deliver a focused presentation highlighting the clinical and practical value of your offerings. The Product Theater provides a unique, unopposed platform for engagement, allowing for direct interaction, questions, and meaningful discussion. Product Theater options include: Lunch & Learn Friday | Coffee Chat Saturday AM | Lunch & Learn Saturday.

Ample Networking Breaks: All conference breaks will be held in the exhibit area to maximize traffic and interaction. Food and drinks available in the exhibit area.
Exclusive Vendor Raffle: Attendees who visit all vendor booths will be entered into a raffle for exciting prizes—driving engagement and booth visits.

Full payment is due no later than July 7, 2026.

Cancellation/Refunds: An exhibitor may cancel or withdraw from the meeting subject to the following conditions: 1) the exhibitor shall immediately file a written notice of intention to cancel or withdraw; 2) if written notice is received 30 days or more prior, the VBS shall retain a sum of equal to fifty percent (50%) of the total cost of the reserved exhibit space; and 3) no refunds shall be made on cancellations received less than 30 days in advance of the meeting. Cancellations must be received in writing to VBSdirector@ramdocs.org to be official.
