I meet the employment qualifications found at Rule 24-101.1 NMRA (I contract with or am employed by an attorney, law firm, corporation, governmental agency or other entity and perform substantive legal work as defined in Rule 20-102NMRA).

I have met the Division’s minimum continuing legal education (“CLE”) requirements of twelve (12) hours of CLE annually, including one hour of ethics credit. I further acknowledge that my CLE records are subject to verification for compliance prior to acceptance of my renewal.

I am returning to active status from inactive status and do not need to comply with the Division’s 2025 MCLE requirements for renewal.

I have attached my MCLE Certificate of Compliance and certificates of attendance.
