HAVING TROUBLE PROCESSING A DEBIT/CREDIT CARD OR PAYING VIA PAYPAL?
If you have difficulty processing your credit/debit card which goes through the SEHIA processor PayPal, it is often due to the IT security safeguards at your Department.

Should this happen to you, SEHIA will be glad to send out an invoice from SQUARE which can be paid by debit or credit card. Most Departments having difficult paying through PayPal have better success paying through SQUARE.

In order to get a SQUARE Invoice generated, please follow these steps:

1. Complete the registration on this page.

2. Choose "CHECK" option for payment.

3. A SEHIA Board Member will create the SQUARE Invoice and email it to you from Square within 3-5 business days. Keep in mind that the entire SEHIA Board is volunteer, have jobs, and work on conference assignments in the evenings or whenever there is availability. Please be patient as the SQUARE invoice will not be generated immediately.

Please keep in mind our Board members have full-time jobs outside of SEHIA and we respond to emails as soon as we can. Please be patient with us. Thank you.
IF YOU CLICK "SUBMIT" BELOW and the page DOES NOT FLIP to the "REVIEW" page, scroll back up and correct any errors that are highlighted.

Once errors are corrected, scroll down and click "SUBMIT" to roll to the REVIEW page.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

If you do not get the review page to show, there is something wrong on the registration. SCROLL UP and correct the deficient area(s).

You will know the registration was completed successfully if you see a THANK YOU message.

- Each Attendee, the person filling out the form and the person responsible for payment will receive the Jotform 2026 SEHIA Conference Registration from Jotform.
- Check your spam folders.
If paying by DEBIT/CREDIT/PAYPAL:
