By submitting images, logos, or marketing materials, vendors grant Cruickston Park the right to use such materials in promotional efforts, including online listings, social media, and printed guides.

Being listed as a preferred vendor does not constitute an endorsement or guarantee of services to any client.

Vendors are responsible for providing accurate and truthful information. False or misleading information may result in disqualification or removal from the list.

Vendors must comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and safety standards, and are responsible for maintaining valid business insurance and licenses as required.
