The California Tow Truck Association is thrilled to announce its enthusiastic support for the Chips for Kids Toy Drive this holiday season.
CHiPs for Kids Annual Toy Drive — Together, We Can Make a Difference!
As the holiday season approaches, the California Tow Truck Association is proud to once again support the California Highway Patrol’s CHiPs for Kids Annual Toy Drive. For more than 30 years, this incredible program has brought hope, happiness, and holiday cheer to children and families throughout California.
This marks CTTA’s second year participating in the CHiPs for Kids program—and we set the bar pretty high in our first year!
Thanks to the incredible generosity of our members, industry partners, and supporters, last year we raised more than $12,000 to purchase toys and gifts, in addition to the many toys donated directly at our collection locations. Altogether, we estimate that more than $15,000 in toys, gifts, and support was made possible through your kindness.
Our efforts resulted in more than 500 toys and $2,000 in food gift cards being presented to the California Highway Patrol for distribution to children and families through the CHiPs for Kids program.
And we’re not stopping there.
This year, our goal is to exceed what we accomplished last year and help even more children and families. With your support, we know we can make it happen. Every contribution—large or small—helps our CTTA “Elves” shop the sales, stretch every donated dollar, and put more toys into the hands of children who need them most.
