• Campers are not considered registered until a $50 non-refundable retainer has been received and processed. If paying by cash or check, you can pay this $50 retainer and and additional camp fees through your group leader. All card payments can be processed below. Registrations will be processed in order of receipt.
• Campers must have completed 2nd grade or be 8 years old by August 1, 2026 before they are eligible to participate in camp. Youth camp participants must have completed 6th grade.
• All requests for registration changes must be completed and submitted by May 1, approved by the Camp Director, and are subject to availability. Any changes made by any other staff person without approval from the Camp Director will not be valid.
• Cancellations after May 1, 2026 will result in a loss of all paid monies.
• The second payment of $155 is due on or before February 15, 2026. The third and final payment of $160 is due April 15, 2026.
•Emails with payment options will be sent out to registered campers and group leaders near the due date. Failure to pay in full by the required payment due dates may result in the loss of your paid deposit(s), camp fees and your child’s spot in camp may be forfeited. Late payments will be assessed a $20 processing fee per week, per family. All major credit cards are accepted.
•Donations or fundrasing proceeds submitted by a group will be applied to outstanding balances, once camp has received, and an updated statement will be issued via email.
