Santa Cruz Vegan Chef Challenge - Chef Sign-Up Form

Sign up here to participate in the Vegan Chef Challenge (VCC). If you want to sign up multiple businesses, please fill out a form for each business. The deadline to sign-up before we print posters is March 23rd.
Please make sure to read the required documents for this challenge. These documents are also found in a physical invite folder that you may have received.

Since are a pop up/food truck/caterer, we can provide quarter page flyers for you to hand out with your meals. How many would you like? (ex. 50-200, they come in fours). Example below.
If we have a physical awards ceremony. Would you like to host the VCC Award Ceremony? You will need to provide water, glasses, plates, napkins, and cutlery.

The deadline to sign up and be featured on our printed posters is March 23. If you sign up after this date, your business name will not be featured on the printed posters, but we will be sure to promote you online!
In the case of cancellation, a refund can be given only if the posters have not been printed. Please initial below if you agree.
