CANCELLATION POLICY:

I understand that things come up, however due to my commitments to the hotel and purchasing supplies for the event, registration fees are nonrefundable after December 30, 2025 unless I can find someone to take the spot. Room fees follow hotel policy. Those that are ineligible for refunded fees will still receive table gifts.
