Delmarva Discovery Museum Field Trip Information

Thank you so much for your interest in booking a field trip to explore the Delmarva Discovery Museum! Please fill out all information on this form to request a date and time to visit us with your group.
Please Note: Field Trips are arranged in the order of confirmation responses received, following a first-come, first-served approach.

The base price per student is $7, it is then an additional $2 per program per student. For homeschool groups we consider 1 parent/guardian per family to be a teacher, additional parents/guardians per family will have to pay the $5 chaperone fee.

Payment for the field trip is due the day of the event. If you do not plan to have payment on the day of; there will be a non refundable deposit of $50.00. This amount will apply to your total invoice amount. You can submit your payment for the deposit with this form. There is a payment link at the bottom of this form.

There is a $5 admission fee for chaperones.
Please select up to 3 programs you would like to book - Each program is 25 minutes long and has a maximum capacity of 30 students. A group of 30 students or less may be moved as 1 group through the programs if more than 1 program is picked.*

If you picked the Cypress Swamp Trail or Predators of Delmarva please let us know what program will be your back up program.

You can choose to visit the Cypress Park and Nature Trail on your own accord after your visit with us. There are picnic tables, a playground, and a 1.5 mile trail. Delmarva Discovery Museum cannot be responsible for your group once you leave the building.

We cannot accommodate lunch for groups larger than 40 students at the museum. If your group is larger than 40 students you will have to eat lunch across the street at the Cypress Park or Plan to return to your facility/school for lunch time. (Students must pack a bagged lunch)
