CAMP Provisional Schedule
The planned sessions will all take place but, at the present moment, we cannot ensure the exact timing and order due to location limitations and constraints beyond our control.
We will have Sessions on Friday and Saturday from 08:30 - 11:30 and 14:30 - 17:30. On Sunday, there will be no lunch break, and the session will take place from 8-14.
Specific Hyrox Sessions (8 Workouts): Focus on technique, meeting standards, and increasing efficiency.
Running Sessions: Includes hill repeats and beach promenade recovery runs.
Mixed Sessions: Pacing and effort management.
Strength Sessions: Building Hyrox-specific strength endurance.
Lectures: Covering training, periodization, race preparation, and race strategy.
