The Ivy Foundation, Incorporated is proud to offer two types of patron sponsorship opportunities - Patron Advertisement and Patron Listing. Please use this form to complete your donation for your debutante. If you would prefer to give a general donation and not have it associated with a debutante, you are able to do so. General donations do not include a patron advertisement nor a patron listing in the Souvenir Journal.
