SCOPE OF SERVICES
Visionary Consults, LLC provides professional human resources consulting services and digital business solutions for small businesses, non-profit organizations, and individuals. Services include recruitment and staffing support, policy and handbook development, employee relations guidance, compliance consultation, performance management, and organizational development. All services are advisory in nature and based solely on the information provided by the client. Consultant does not provide legal representation or legal services.
CONFIDENTIALITY AGREEMENT
Both parties agree to maintain strict confidentiality regarding any information shared during the consultation. Visionary Consults, LLC will not disclose client information to third parties without written consent, except where required by law. Clients agree not to share or reproduce any materials, templates, or intellectual property received from Visionary Consults, LLC without prior written authorization.
DISCLAIMER OF LIABILITY
The Consultant’s advice and recommendations are based on the information provided by the client. Visionary Consults, LLC shall not be held responsible for outcomes, losses, or damages resulting from incomplete, omitted, or inaccurate information supplied by the client. Clients are encouraged to consult with legal counsel for matters requiring legal interpretation or representation.
PAYMENT ACKNOWLEDGMENT
A non-refundable consultation fee of $25 is required to confirm your appointment. Consultations will not be scheduled until payment is received through the designated payment link provided on the Visionary Consults, LLC website or by invoice.
