Booth placement priority is determined by the HBANWI receipt of registration, e-signing the event contract, and payment in full.

The order of booth assignments is as follows:

1. Presenting Sponsor and Two Event Sponsors

2. HBANWI members, in good standing (through April 2026) who exhibited in last year's Expo.

3. HBANWI members in good standing (through April 2026) who didn’t exhibit in last year’s Expo.

4. Non-HBANWI Members

Please note that we try to keep like businesses separated. We do reserve the right to relocate, as needed. While we cannot guarantee all preferences, we will do our best.

Exhibitor Contract Acknowledgment---All exhibitors must review and electronically sign the 2026 contract before booth assignments can be made. Please carefully review the contract below and confirm your agreement, including the outlined rules and regulations.
I have read and agree to the provisions of this contract (noted above). Violation of any rule or regulation in this contract may result in the exhibitor being prohibited from the following year’s HBANWI HOME BUILDING & REMODELING EXPO and said exhibitor may waive his or her booth position earned through seniority, length of participation and/or membership status. Said exhibitor may start over as a new exhibitor in the booth assignment priority procedure. In case of litigation over enforcement of the rules and regulations of this contract, the prevailing parties’ legal fees and court costs will be paid by the losing party.
