I acknowledge that last-minute cancellations (within five (5) calendar days) or no-shows are subject to cancellation fees per Food Truck Next policy, regardless of reason, including illness, emergencies, or operational issues.

Repeated late cancellations, no-shows, or failure to communicate may result in removal from future events.
