We highly recommend travel insurance to secure your funds against any issues that can arise. We will email information in your trip preparation letter and you will be able to compare rates and choose your coverage.

A PHOTO I.D. IS REQUIRED FOR REGISTRATION.
If you do not yet have a passport, please include a copy of another government-issued i.d. (such as a driver's license) to have on file until the passport arrives. If you have trouble uploading either document, please email a copy of that document to kemetnutours@gmail.com.

Registration remains open for Tour 1 until May 20, 2026, and for Tour 2 until June 5, 2026, as long as space is available.

Before March 1, 2026, the deposit is $300 and after March 1, the deposit is $1000. $300 of the deposit amount is nonrefundable, but it is transferable to 2027 if you are unable to travel in 2026. All registered tour members must have at least $1000 paid toward the tour by March 1. Payments can be made in amounts of $300 or more.

FINAL PAYMENT IS DUE BY MAY 20, 2026, FOR TOUR 1 AND JUNE 5, 2026, FOR TOUR 2.
