Welcome to the Trailblaze Challenge San Diego! Participating in an information session is mandatory for new participants. If you have not attended an in-person info session, please review the Zoom recording: https://us02web.zoom.us. You will receive a confirmation email from Make-A-Wish within 72 hours of submission.

Note: All hikers must be 16 years of age or older. Anyone under age 18 must hike with a parent/guardian who is also registered.

EVENT & REGISTRATION INFORMATION

As a Make-A-Wish Trailblaze Challenge participant, I hereby agree to train and raise funds for the Trailblaze Challenge San Diego. I have until April 1, 2026 to fully commit to the program. Until I make that commitment, I will raise funds and train to achieve my goal but am under no obligation other than the $100 registration fee until that date. Registration fees will be credited towards my total goal. Registration fees can be paid online via your fundraising page provided by Make-A-Wish or mailed to Make-A-Wish San Diego Attn: Trailblaze Challenge 4995 Murphy Canyon Rd, Suite 402 San Diego, CA 92123.

I have read and understand the above. I hereby commit to being a Trailblaze Challenge hiker and to meet the expectations set forth above. I acknowledge that I am participating in the Trailblaze Challenge solely to support the mission of Make-A-Wish, without any expectation of monetary benefit. I also acknowledge that as a Trailblaze Challenge participant, I will be engaging in fundraising activities on behalf of and as agent of Make-A-Wish and that any funds raised or held pursuant to such activities are the property of Make-A-Wish.*
