Celebrating the flavors of the colder weather and approaching new year. Our own chef, Gina Thompson, will lead an evening of professional cooking methods and tips and tricks in the kitchen to use at home. This course will focus on how to prepare different soup and stews, bases, mother sauces, cracker baking, and more. Each course will be paired with a wine for your enjoyment.
