Live & Learn Academy Summer Camp Registration Policy
Please read carefully before submitting your child’s registration.
Your child’s registration in the Live & Learn Academy Summer Camp program is not finalized until both the registration form and payment have been submitted. Please do not submit one without the other. Submission of this form does not guarantee enrollment. All registrations must be reviewed and approved; confirmation will be sent via email once your child’s spot is secured.
We allow flexibility for date changes within the number of weeks selected, however, you may not reduce the total number of weeks once submitted. You may add additional weeks if space permits, but dropping or reducing weeks is not allowed. Our program staffing, materials, and activities are planned based on your initial selections. You will be financially responsible for all weeks selected on this form. Please do not register for more weeks than your child will attend.
The registration form, registration fee, and first week’s payment are required to hold your child’s spot in our summer program until full tuition is due in April. The first full payment must be received by April 15th, or your child’s space may be forfeited. Your child’s schedule must be finalized by April 15th.
Refund Policy (No Exceptions)
Live & Learn Academy maintains a strict no-refund policy.
No refunds, credits, or transfers will be issued for any reason, including but not limited to schedule changes, illness, missed days, vacations, withdrawal, or dismissal from the program.
Registration fees and first-week payments are non-refundable and non-transferable.
Once payment is made, all tuition and fees are final.
Please ensure that you have confirmed your child’s schedule and availability prior to submitting this form and payment.
