We are very excited to bring the Miss Pumpkin Pageant back to the Country Fest! Thank you for choosing to participate in the inaugural return!

Prettiest Hair, Prettiest Smile, Prettiest Outfit of Choice and People's Choice entries are included in the price of contestant admission.

Funds raised from People's Choice will be used to provide local Scholarships.

Miss Photogenic entry will be an additional $10 per photo. If you are entering more than one photo, please make note of that at the bottom of this form before submitting.

Ambassador Supreme will be awarded to whoever brings in the most items for the Blessing Box! A

Pageant Starts at 5:00pm at the Cochran-Bleckley Chamber of Commerce located at 102 N Second St. Cochran Ga 31014.

No Food or Drinks Allowed in the Auditorium!

Door Admission is $10 for Everyone but contestants and newborns!

Blessing Box Items:

Any Food items that do not have to be refrigerated like Can goods and boxed goods...etc. Please check Dates!!!

*Towels, Hand towels and wash cloths

We are not responsible for any lost/stolen/damanged items, accidents or injuries that may occur to/from/at the facility/pageant. Also you give the right for us to use any pictures taken at the pageant for advertising purposes. We do NOT give any refunds. We also do NOT tolerate any negative behavior from anyone so if you or your party do this you will be asked to leave without a refund.
