Newburyport Art is seeking artwork that is inspired by your hometown. This could be the town where you grew up, or where you live currently. Your hometown inspired piece could be a house, a store, an object, a person or even a feeling!
All media and styles are welcome -- this call is open to all disciplines and submissions including 2 or 3-D, video, performance and installation.
*This show will be shorter than normal, and there will be a maximum of 2 pieces per artist*
Selection Process
All works must adhere to the show's theme and follow the requirements listed for our ability to safely display in our galleries. Artists whose work is accepted, but methods for display are not in keeping with our requirements will be contacted to make any necessary adjustments/modifications.
With a mission of accessibility and inclusivity in the arts, all work that is on-theme is likely to be accepted for the show at the discretion of the Executive Director, and all accepted works will appear in our online shop/gallery (available for purchase). Submission to this call does not gaurentee acceptance.
