Saturday 11th July (Arrivals between 07:30 and 09:30. Event from 10:00 to 16:30)
We look forward to welcoming Classic Cars, Hot Hatches, Roadsters and Modern Day Supercars to the event, a fun day for exhibitors and spectators alike! As this is the main fundraising event for the Museum, entrance for exhibitors is at £15 per vehicle, and includes entry to the event for the driver and two passengers (usually £22pp) and a souvenir programme. We appreciate that it is unusual for exhibitors to pay, and we are very grateful for your support of our charity. Your entry fee also includes exclusive entrance to the Museum for exhibitors between 08:00 and 10:00 and again between 14:30 and 16:30.

Please note that applications close at midnight on the Sunday 21st June 2026, or earlier if we are over subscribed. If you wish to apply after this time, please email event.support@armyflying.com to check the status of your application.
Due to the nature of this event and its position on a working airfield, and following a risk assessment, please note that you will not be able to leave the event until 16:30.*

Access to the airfield and event space is through the neighbouring military base and due to the MOD security regulations for members of the public entering, we will need the personal details of both yourself and your passengers, as shown below.
