  • Food Vendor Policies

  • Cancellation Policy - Food vendor booth fees are non-refundable. Exceptions may be made for approved family emergencies with medical documentation.

    Set-up and Breakdown

Parking - Food vendors may park in the designated parking lot a short walk from the festival. If their set-up is a food truck, they may park that vehicle only at their designated site at the festival. If the vehicle is a food trailer, the trailer must be dropped off and the vehicle parked in the designated parking area.

    Permits + Food Safety

Permits on Site - Vendors must have in their possession throughout the event a copy of all permits, licenses, and other authorizations listed above.

Food Safety - No food or food preparation utensils may remain in food vendor booths overnight. This is a health, animal control, and sanitation concern. Vendors who reuse food or utensils left out overnight or who otherwise violate health code requirements will be required to leave without refund.

Menu - Vendors must submit a menu (see above). Vendors will not be permitted to sell any food product not listed and/or properly approved by the Cultural Survival Bazaar and covered by permits from the Town and State. Vendors must display a menu board listing all products and prices.

    Waste Disposal + Cleanup

Disposal of Trash - Food vendors are responsible for the trash they generate, such as waste oil, disposable utensils and trays, food waste, and any other trash. Cultural Survival is responsible for customers’ trash only. Trash cans are available for some solid trash on site.
