Artists’ Fair Agreement:
1. Artist is a participant of the 2026 Focus on Book Arts Conference as either an attendee, instructor, vendor, or staff.
2. The artist further agrees to be responsible for set-up and tear down of items for sale at the appropriate times.
3. If the conference location or facilities are unavailable for any reason outside of FOBA control, this agreement shall automatically terminate, and FOBA shall not be liable in any fashion for any losses of any sort vendors may incur.
4. The artist agrees to indemnify and hold harmless FOBA from all claims, actions, at law or otherwise which may arise out of the operation of the artist’s table.
5. Artist agrees to abide by all United States copyright laws whether statutory or common law in nature. FOBA shall not be responsible for failure by the artist to do so and artist agrees to indemnify and hold FOBA harmless from any violation of said laws whether intentional or unintentional.
