Terms and Conditions of Student Registration
Ebenezer International Theological University
By submitting a registration application and/or paying any registration, course, or program fees, the student (“Student”) acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to the following Terms and Conditions set forth by Ebenezer International Theological University (“the University”).
1. Acknowledgment of Enrollment
Submission of registration and payment of any applicable fees constitutes the Student’s formal acknowledgment that they are registering for a full college-level course, program, or degree offered by Ebenezer International Theological University. Registration confirms the Student’s intent to participate in academic instruction and related requirements as outlined by the University.
2. Financial Responsibility and Payment Agreement
The Student agrees to assume full financial responsibility for all tuition, course fees, certification fees, and related costs associated with their enrollment. By registering, the Student acknowledges and agrees to comply with the applicable payment plan or agreed-upon rate for their selected course, program, or degree.
3. Regular Course Credit Fees
Students enrolled in regular academic courses agree to pay the course credit fee of $85.00 per enrolled course credit, unless otherwise stated in writing by the University. Fees are due according to the University’s established billing and payment schedule.
4. Certification Course Fees
Students enrolled in certification courses or programs agree to pay the agreed-upon rate and/or approved payment plan specific to the certification program in which they are enrolled.
The Student expressly acknowledges and agrees that:
No certification, credential, transcript, or official documentation will be issued until all outstanding balances are paid in full.
Partial payment does not entitle the Student to certification or credentials.
5. Non-Refundable Fees
Unless otherwise stated in writing, registration fees, course fees, and certification fees are non-refundable once the Student is enrolled and academic access has been granted.
6. Academic and Institutional Policies
The Student agrees to abide by all academic standards, codes of conduct, policies, procedures, and guidelines established by Ebenezer International Theological University, as outlined in official University publications and communications.
7. Right to Modify Programs and Fees
The University reserves the right to modify course offerings, academic programs, schedules, policies, and fee structures when necessary. Such changes will be communicated in a timely manner when applicable.
8. Limitation of Liability
Ebenezer International Theological University shall not be held liable for damages resulting from the Student’s failure to meet academic requirements, payment obligations, or institutional policies.
9. Governing Agreement
These Terms and Conditions constitute a binding agreement between the Student and Ebenezer International Theological University upon registration and/or payment of fees.

Al enviar una solicitud de inscripción y/o realizar el pago de cualquier tarifa de inscripción, curso o programa, el estudiante (“Estudiante”) reconoce que ha leído, comprendido y aceptado los siguientes Términos y Condiciones establecidos por Ebenezer International Theological University (“la Universidad”).
1. Reconocimiento de Inscripción
El envío de la inscripción y el pago de las tarifas correspondientes constituyen el reconocimiento formal del Estudiante de que se está inscribiendo en un curso universitario completo, programa académico o carrera ofrecida por Ebenezer International Theological University. La inscripción confirma la intención del Estudiante de participar en la instrucción académica y cumplir con los requisitos establecidos por la Universidad.
2. Responsabilidad Financiera y Acuerdo de Pago
El Estudiante acepta asumir plena responsabilidad financiera por toda la matrícula, tarifas de cursos, tarifas de certificación y cualquier otro costo relacionado con su inscripción. Al registrarse, el Estudiante reconoce y acepta cumplir con el plan de pagos o la tarifa acordada correspondiente a su curso, programa o carrera seleccionada.
3. Tarifas de Cursos Académicos Regulares
Los estudiantes inscritos en cursos académicos regulares aceptan pagar la tarifa por crédito del curso de $85.00 por cada crédito inscrito, salvo que la Universidad indique lo contrario por escrito. Las tarifas deberán pagarse conforme al calendario de facturación y pagos establecido por la Universidad.
4. Tarifas de Cursos de Certificación
Los estudiantes inscritos en cursos o programas de certificación aceptan pagar la tarifa acordada y/o el plan de pagos aprobado correspondiente al programa de certificación en el que estén inscritos.
El Estudiante reconoce y acepta expresamente que:
No se emitirá ninguna certificación, credencial, expediente académico (transcript) ni documentación oficial hasta que todos los saldos pendientes hayan sido pagados en su totalidad.
El pago parcial no otorga derecho a recibir certificación ni credenciales.
5. Tarifas No Reembolsables
Salvo que se indique lo contrario por escrito, las tarifas de inscripción, cursos y certificación son no reembolsables una vez que el Estudiante haya sido inscrito y se le haya concedido acceso académico.
6. Políticas Académicas e Institucionales
El Estudiante acepta cumplir con todas las normas académicas, códigos de conducta, políticas, procedimientos y lineamientos establecidos por Ebenezer International Theological University, según se detalla en las publicaciones y comunicaciones oficiales de la Universidad.
7. Derecho a Modificar Programas y Tarifas
La Universidad se reserva el derecho de modificar ofertas de cursos, programas académicos, horarios, políticas y estructuras de tarifas cuando sea necesario. Dichos cambios serán comunicados oportunamente cuando corresponda.
8. Limitación de Responsabilidad
Ebenezer International Theological University no será responsable por daños derivados del incumplimiento del Estudiante con los requisitos académicos, obligaciones de pago o políticas institucionales.
9. Acuerdo Vinculante
Estos Términos y Condiciones constituyen un acuerdo legal y vinculante entre el Estudiante y Ebenezer International Theological University al momento de la inscripción y/o el pago de tarifas.
