The YWCA Riverside Art Festival draws thousands of people from around the Great Lakes Bay Region with beautiful artistry and entertainment. Artists will be located on Downtown Bay City Streets, along the Saginaw Riverfront. Bay City - in the Great Lakes Bay Region (Bay, Midland and Saginaw Counties) is home to over 500,000 residents.
Now in its 52nd year, the YWCA Riverside Art Festival has drawn people from throughout the state of Michigan to Bay City to attend!
NEW for 2026: Any food made on site will be classified as a food vendor.
Food Vendor Registration Rate - $375.00
An additional mobile food vendor license application is required with the City of Bay City (as of 2021).
We have a limited capacity for food vendors in 2026, if you are interested reach out early in the year. We only offer one lemonade and one kettlecorn vendor spot each.
General Festival Information:
Festival Hours: Saturday June 13, 2026- 10:00am-5:00pm and Sunday, June 14, 2026 - 11:00am-4:00pm
Tear Down: Sunday, June 14, 2026 - 4:30pm-6:00pm
Refunds: Last day for applications and full refunds (minus $25 processing fee) is April 30, 2026.
Guidelines
- No early teardown of booths, please come preapred for all kinds of weather. All vendors must agree to leaving their booths up regardless of weather conditions until 4:30pm on Sunday.
- Only vendors, artists, nonprofits or food vendors who do not follow the guidelines will be contacted by the Vendor Liaison and have their registration fee refunded.
- Applications will be accepted upon receipt.
- Set-up spots will be designated on the streets downtown. You will drive up to your booth to unload and pack-up. Booth spaces are 12’ wide by 12-16’ deep.
- Booth Sitters: Have to go to the restroom? Get a drink? Shop? YWCA will have several booth sitters to assist!
