A Collective Vision to Scale Impact

DEEP Coalition brings people together through one powerful question: What is the story behind your name? By centering our work on mental health, we create meaningful common ground—both within the communities we serve and among individuals whose paths may never cross. Writing is our primary tool for well-being, giving voice to experiences and perspectives that often go unheard.

Introducing Our Founding Partner Network
As part of our 10-year goal to reach 1 million lives, we are launching a national network connecting leaders across sectors. After six years of building our foundation, we are ready to expand in 2026—impacting 100 people at a time through each Founding Partner. This coalition brings our work directly into classrooms, workplaces, and communities nationwide. Our Founder, Katiya Xiong, led the way as the first Founding Partner. In 2025 alone, she guided three classes spanning elementary, middle, and college levels, along with a team of employees, demonstrating that each partner can impact 100 lives without handling day-to-day operations.

2026 Mission: Recruit 100 Founding Partners
To scale impact, we invite 100 visionary leaders to apply and join us:
- 25 Superintendents (K–12 Education)
- 25 College & University Deans, Presidents, Chancellors (Higher Education)
- 25 Mayors (Civic Leadership)
- 25 CEOs (Business and Industry)

With their support, we will enable 10,000 students, employees, and leaders to develop and share their authentic voices within a single year. When a participant asks, “Who helped me begin turning my name into a legacy?” we want the answer to be a person with a real name—a Founding Partner.

Why This Work Matters
By engaging across school, work, and life, we are building a high-impact network rooted in shared values. Participants use journaling, storytelling, and creative expression to deepen skills in communication, connection, and collaboration. This process strengthens their identity and sense of purpose. As a result, they are able to serve and lead more effectively within their communities.

A Letter From Our Founder, Katiya Xiong

As a child, I often took a shortcut through the cemetery on my way to and from school. I would pause to read the names and dates on the tombstones. Some lives stretched long while others ended far too soon. Even then, I was struck by how a life filled with dreams, fears, love, and mistakes could be reduced to a small marker in the ground. It made me realize that living unnoticed and being forgotten can feel almost the same.

As I grew from employee to entrepreneur, I began asking myself what difference I could make. The answer felt simple. I believe every person deserves to be seen, heard, valued, and remembered, both while they are alive and after they are gone. What if sharing our stories, ideas, and perspectives became the norm? What if we left behind something richer than a bio, a resume, a eulogy, or a name on a grave—something that truly captures the essence of who we were and what we stood for?

From that belief, DEEP Coalition's global movement took shape. It is rooted in inspiring people to write their stories without judgment, to honor the small and big milestones in their lives, and to create a community based on shared values. It is about helping people define their own legacy instead of letting others define it for them.

Today, I feel deeply grateful that more than 4,000 superintendents, college presidents, mayors, and CEOs have chosen to connect with me on LinkedIn. When they accepted my invitation, it did not feel like a casual click. It felt like a real handshake and a quiet message that said, “Let’s create deep impact together.”

One Action to Impact 100

As a Founding Partner, your role is simple but powerful: complete a short writing activity and share it to activate benefits for 100 lives. We provide a custom avatar and a writing prompt for you to make it happen. With just one LinkedIn post and a $2,500 fee to cover outreach, training, and materials—you’ll help develop and amplify the voices of 100 students, employees, and leaders in 2026 from your communities. We take care of the strategy, execution, and management needed to drive this impact, delivering a similar experience to:

• One youth class (up to 30 students)
• One college class (up to 30 students)
• One team of your employees (up to 30 participants)
• One group of leaders in your network (up to 10 participants)

During these moments of learning and leadership, you’ll also have the option to speak at Deeply Connect, our national mental health roadshow. These LinkedIn webinar panels are among the largest in the country and offer a powerful way to strengthen your visibility and connection with employees, customers, and other stakeholders. Our online portal serves as a central hub to track and engage with the impact of your involvement. The platform provides a transparent, intuitive way to follow progress across classroom and workplace experiences, giving you clear insight into the results of your action, investment, and leadership.
