Heart of the City – PRIDE Kick-off Party Artist/Maker Vendor Application

Date + Time: Friday June 26, 5-9 pm
Join the HUNT & GATHER community for a PRIDE CELEBRATION, ART SHOW, and MAKERS MARKET in the Mid-Market Arts Corridor On June 26th from 5-9 pm.
Fees: A non-refundable $30 application fee is required to be considered. If selected, 15% of your total sales will be due within two business days after the event.
Important information:
- APPLICATION DEADLINE: JUNE 15, 2026
- Event Date + Time: Friday, June 26, 2025, 5-9 PM
- Fee to participate: $30. (Application fee) Plus 15% of sales due within two business days of the event.
- If accepted, you will be notified by June 17, and your confirmation will be due within two business days: June 19. If you do not submit your confirmation by June 19, your spot may be given to another vendor.
- You will be provided with a table, no tents, as this is an indoor event. Please bring your own table covering if you'd like. Tables are 6'x2.'
- Please promote the event via social media and/or email marketing. Even if you have a small list, we count on all participants to help spread the word.
- Plan to arrive between 3 pm and 4 pm for load-in, and set up by 5 pm. You must be present for the entire duration of the event. There will be no early breakdowns.
- There is a parking garage and various public transportation options within steps of the venue.
- The Venue address is: 1355 Market St., San Francisco, CA
  At the corner of 10th + Market in the old Twitter building, street level.

If the prices of your products varies drastically please provide us with the price range of the majority of what you will offer.
